My journey began with an important realization - I had to discover what I genuinely enjoyed doing.
Venturing into engineering and initially setting my sights on a sales and marketing career, I swiftly discovered that I was a fish out of water. With a bold leap, I pivoted towards a career in quality management, fueled by a passion for harmonizing processes, teams, and entire business systems.
This passion propelled my career through a cool three decades working with powerhouse corporations like General Electric, Textron, Fidelity Investments and Liberty Mutual Insurance. From executives suites to the frontlines, I took on roles in business operations, human resources, strategic program management, and lean/six sigma transformations.
While these corporate giants offered safety and stability, there were moments when the relentless pace left me breathless, draining my energy. Amidst the whirlwind of organizational changes, I observed colleagues thriving, while I felt my passion gradually slipping away. And in my pursuit of success, I lost sight of life overall.
Now, as core energy leadership coach, I am on a mission to guide clients at various career stages towards more fulfillment, joy, and realization of their dreams.
Most recently, I started to attend the Masters in Happiness Studies program. I am thrilled to study and apply the science of wellbeing, wholebeing, resilience and happiness to my live and help clients do the same.
When I am not knee-deep into coaching, you’ll find me strolling through nature, exploring sights, or diving into a good read.
